GRATITUDE

Are you are stressed, focused too much on negative events, or excessively worried about the future? Are you increasingly cynical, or stuck in negative or “all or nothing” thinking? If so, then perhaps you might try seeing life through a lens of gratitude. Dr. Joe Dispenza says 10 minutes a day of gratitude will increase immune response by 50% and decrease cortisol levels by 16%. It will also likely make you feel better. Moving into gratitude changes the state of your brain; it moves you from obsessing about yourself and from focusing on what’s missing, into a creative, healthy, expansive state. Your brainwaves slow and the body’s natural, healthy rhythm is restored.
